This was possibly one of the most unusual challenges we have had to face.

The task was to produce a presentation box to hold a branded brass teleidoscope, USB and information leaflet.

The base was made of solid natural ash wood with a clear satin lacquered finish with the logo laser engraved on the side in black. It had a precision made recess to hold the teleidoscope within the base too.

The lid was constructed using 240gsm GF Smith black plike over rigid grey board with a highly detailed graphic image in Spot UV Varnish. A black HD Foam Fitment was placed inside the lid which firmly held the USB and information leaflet in place.

Once everything was complete, the boxes were fitted into a black soft touch sleeve and 200 boxes were delivered to the USA.
